Snacking: On mandarins – they are a good source of vitamin C!.
Cooking: Patagonian toothfish for the first time!
Making: Limoncello, when your garden gives you lemons…my all time favourite recipe is this one.
Drinking: a delicious ‘relax’ tea by T2 every single night. It was gifted to me for my birthday.
Eating: Overnight oats with fresh strawberries for breakfast.
Sticking: lots of polaroid snaps on our walls.
Marvelling: at the cheap strawberries available in supermarkets – aren’t they a summer fruit?

Wanting: to hike up Booromba rocks, within Namadgi National park.
Enjoying: my new essential oils diffusing out of my new diffuser!
Losing: our patience with our internet – it’s been terrible lately.
Wondering: why accommodation in Greece is so expensive ..Wasn’t it meant to be a super cheap holiday destination?
Admiring: people that go to the gym in the mornings, I used to do it but I am seriously struggling to get out of bed lately!

Listening: to Ed Sheeran, still so annoyed we didn’t get tickets to his concerts.

Dreaming: of our tropical getaway holiday to Port Douglas in early August!
Training: at the gym – getting back into the Body Pump and Body Attack classes!
Sorting: through my clothes and filling up bags of stuff to bring to Salvos.
Needing: new jeans, but my favourite ones from Uniqlo are unavailable!
Matching: my new essential oils to my mood – if I’m feeling slightly stressed, in go a few drops of my ‘relax’ blend
Wearing: my new supergas I got for my birthday.
Buying: my first Ottolenghi cookbook, finally!
Returning: to Four Winds Winery, just outside Canberra – one fo our favourite wineries in the region, also because of their delicious woodfired pizzas!
Trying: to put Tomas on skis – funny and cute, but he didn’t last very long
Visiting: the Snowy Mountains for the first time! Thredbo Village and Perisher are beautiful places!
Thinking: about what to get mum, Lory and sister for their birthdays – they are all July babies so that’s a lot of birthdays to celebrate in one month!
Loving: not sleeping with my mobile phone on my bedside table. Means it’s not the first thing I pick up as soon as I open my eyes in the morning!
Hoping: to head back to the snow before the season ends.
Taking: in all the fresh air from the Snowies.
Liking: the view from Charlotte Pass
Disliking: The Canberra fog in the morning.
Feeling: tired, I think all the tiredness accumulated over the last few months of frantic study has caught up with me!
Looking: for hotels and houses in Greece, particularly Santorini and Paros.
Getting: Cozy on the couch at our Crackenback ecocabins.
Seeing: some amazing houses in Santorini at like $5000 per night.. The infinity pools though….
Wishing: Canberra didn’t get so cold in winter.
Reading: The Dinner by Herman Koch. I’ve heard the movie is coming out soon so I was keen to read the book before the film came out.
Watching: The Bate’s Motel on Netflix. It is the prequel to Psycho and I’m hooked!
Waiting: for The Forage! One of my favourite Canberra foodie events and I was lucky enough to attend a preview where I got to sample some of the delicious goodies that will be available.
Celebrating: My birthday on the 7th of June with family and friends.
Remembering: how much time I have when I have no studying to do!
Looking forward to: mum and dad arriving in Australia for three weeks at the end of July!
